Refund policy

T'adore wants you to be happy with your purchase.

I
f you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept your return request within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not issue refunds if the item is returned to us in an incorrect condition.

Send your return request to tadore.store@gmail.com within 5 days from the date of delivery. The returnee is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

All items will be inspected upon return and are the customers responsibility until they reach T'adore, so please ensure they are properly packaged.

T'adore does not offer exchanges on orders, so if you require a different size or colour, please return the unwanted item for a refund using the options listed above and place a new order.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased at a discount.

Once we receive your items and the return is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the return to be credited to your account. You will be sent a return confirmation email. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund. All refunds will be made in the same form as the original payment.

Please note that we cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
