SHIPPING
We ship worldwide except Russia and Belarus.

Orders are sent by Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, EMS Express or by other means. You can choose the delivery method during the order process. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The delivery time is calculated from the day the parcel is sent from our studio in Ukraine.

We offer free shipping on orders over $400.

PRODUCTION TIMELINES

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days except products that are made to order. They are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the order confirmation email.

DUTIES AND TAXES
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are levied when the shipment reaches the destination country. T'adore is not responsible for these charges if applicable and it is your responsibility as the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

You will receive a tracking number with your order confirmation email. With the help of the tracking number, you can track how your package reaches you.
