Shipping policy

 

T'adore delivers worldwide.

We are currently making custom made garments within 1-2 weeks. Delivery time is calculated from the day the parcel was dispatched from our warehouse.

T'adore carries out standard delivery by Ukrposhta or express delivery worldwide.

Orders by Ukrposhta will be shipped at a flat rate of $ 30 and should be delivered within 10-20 business days.

Orders by courier services will be shipped at a flat rate of US $ 50 and must be delivered within 7-9 business days.

For orders over $ 600, we offer free shipping.

Flat rate international shipping does not include duties and taxes. If you are shipping internationally, we currently ship all Duty Unpaid (DDU) items. Once your order has been shipped, the carrier will bill you for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes charged by the country you are shipping to. Check with your local customs office for details.

Please note that for international orders, the recipient is responsible for duties and taxes. These fees will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs.

You will receive a tracking number along with your order confirmation email. With a tracking number, you can keep track of how your package is coming to you.
